Refund policy

 Should the product not meet your expectations, it may be returned, unused within 14 days of receiving the goods. The full purchase price (less a 10% restocking fee) will be refunded. Alternatively you can exchange your product for another one to the same or greater value ( or store credit)  without a restocking fee. Simply notify us via email info@groundcontrolrugs.com for a return request. Return Shipping in this situation is non refundable. We will request a return to either our USA or AUS warehouse, which ever is closer to client. CUSTOM ORDERS - Ground Control will not change or exchange a product once the product design and order have been signed off by you and/or the manufacturing has commenced. Ground Control will not refund a customised product except where there is an agreed manufacturer's fault or defect
